DiSilva had the fruit, but they didn’t have the brand. The wholesaler spent decades building trusted relationships with growers and buyers. Now they needed a brand identity that could compete on retail shelves.
Building a Produce Brand from Naming to Packaging
Through market research, competitor analysis and close collaboration with the DiSilva team, we presented Bright Bounty™ as their brand solution; a vibrant identity system that captures the fresh, pure delight of eating a great piece of fruit. Work covered everything from naming and logo design to a full visual identity system, website and packaging architecture with custom illustrations and brand messaging.

New Branding Quickly Earns Retail Shelf Space
Within a week of the brand’s launch at New England Produce Expo, supermarket operator, Market Basket, had already asked DiSilva Fruit to start packing produce under the new label. Today, Bright Bounty is carried by more than 13 major retailers, including Shaw’s, Whole Foods and Big Y.
Scalable Produce Packaging Design
Bright Bounty needed scalable packaging that would work across a wide and growing product mix of more than 52 SKUs. Ten Acre developed a custom illustration library where every product gets a one-of-a-kind look that’s playful, consistent and unique.
